Mika Nagano - Female MMA Fighter

It's been awhile since I have done a female MMA fighter here.
But you know they are fit, because mixed martial arts training can be just as grueling as training for fitness or bodybuilding.



This lovely young lady is female mixed martial arts fighter Mika Nagano.
Mika was born on December 29th, 1983 in Gifu, Gifu, Japan.
She's five foot three and weighs 114 pounds.



Mika's nickname is "Future Princess", and by the pictures, you can probably tell why.
But is Mika more than just a pretty face?
Yes she is.
She has been a pro since 2007 and has a MMA record of 7-3-0 (five of those wins were by arm bar submissions).
Her last MMA fight was a win over Celine Haga via submission (armbar) at Jewels - Ninth Ring on July 31st, 2010.

Now (according to Frank Pozen over at his blog), Mika will be working for the Japanese wrestling promotion Ice Ribbon.
She'll make her debut at Ice Ribbon's Aug. 23 Korakuen Hall show.
