Karen Pang - Updates

One of the most popular women on this blog is the lovely Karen Pang.
Karen is beautiful inside and out.
She's a fitness beauty that really is a nice person.
In case you missed Karen's other two entries here on this blog (this entry gives Karen a hat-trick), let me run this down for you.
She has her ISSA personal training certification, she's a fitness model, a bikini competitor and a CBBF Canadian National Figure Competitor.

Karen recently competed at the BC Provincial Championships and came in 2nd in Bikini.
Why not 1st?
I have no idea.

Patricia Nguyen - NPC competitor

I couldn't find a whole lot on NPC competitor Patricia Nguyen.

Natalie Pennington - IFBB Bikini Pro

While doing research on these Asian fitness beauties, occasionally I run across someone that is so amazing, I can't believe I hadn’t found her before.
Stunning half Korean, half French IFBB Bikini Pro Natalie Pennington is one of those women.
I think Natalie ranks right up there in the top five most beautiful women I have ever presented on this blog.

IFBB Bikini is a new female fitness competition, just started this year by the IFBB (The International Federation of BodyBuilders), and at first, some people just looked at it as a glorified bikini competition, designed to sell more tickets.

But having seen these ladies in action, I think opinions are changing, as these women work just as hard as other female fitness competitors to get the look the judges want.
Some women have even crossed over from IFBB Figure over to bikini.

Back to Natalie though, this young lady can do something none of the other competitors can do.
She can make you look forward to a trip to the dentist.
Yes, Natalie is a full time dentist.

Natalie has appeared as a fitness model in issue 12 of Status Fitness Magazine, and I think you will see a LOT more of this gorgeous woman in the coming months.

Monique Minton - Female Fitness Competitor

Monique Minton continues to be one of the most popular female fitness competitors on this blog.
And there's little wonder why.
This lovely half filipinia, half polish model has graced the cover of not only female fitness magazines, but muscle and fitness mags like Flex several times.
And the beautiful five foot, ten inch, one hundred and fifty pound fitness beauty keeps adding to her list of female fitness competitions...

More Linda Minard

I did a write up not long ago on the lovely South Korean actress and fitness model, Linda Minard.
I mentioned that she got her Pro Card at the 2008 FAME Canadian Nationals.
Well, here is a picture of this Asian fitness beauty in contest shape.
I thought she looked fit in her other pics but wow!
The next stop for Linda is the FAME World Championships in Montreal.
And also, Linda appeared in the Oxygen Magazine "Abs Special" Issue.

Monique Minton in Flex Magazine

So I was in Barnes and Noble yesterday and I was looking at the magazines and my eyes landed on this month's Flex Magazine.
And look who is on the cover!
Yes, right there on the right hand side of the cover is our very own Monique Minton.
Okay, she's not "our" very own, but I have done write ups on her here and on my other fitness blogs.
This is the second time the beautiful Monique has appeared on the cover of Flex that I know of.

Brenda Michiko Kelly was born on January 15th, 1959 (that's right,1959!) in Honolulu Hawaii.
Her mother is Japanese, and her father is Dutch/English.

You know I joke sometimes about how a lot of these models have long resumes.
Well this one is long and it isn't a joke.
This lady may be an evolutionary jump in the human race.
Elaine Kwon is a......
Five-time US National Tae Kwon Do Champion. (She now studies Shaolin Kung Fu at the USA Shaolin Temple in New York. I guess Tae Kwon Do got too easy for her?)
Fitness model for Nike Asia and Bodybow
Fashion Model, (Vogue, Elle, InStyle, Ahead magazines)
Concert Pianist, she debuted with the Washington-Idaho Symphony at the age of 15!
MIT Professor, she has her Doctorate of Musical Arts with highest honors from Boston University.

Natalie Minh - Asian Fitness Women

The beautiful Natalie Minh is a Vietnamese-American fitness competitor, fitness model and photographer.
She was born in Houston, Texas USA in 1980.
Natalie currently lives in Brussels, Belgium.
She has competed in the 2008 FAME World Championships, the 2008 FAME European Fitness Model champion, the 2008 FAME European Championships and the 2008 Muscle Mania/Fitness Universe Italian Championships, where is won first place in Ms. Bikini.

Mona Liza Reyes

Ms.California and Filipino figure athlete Mona Liza Reyes
Mona was born in Subic Bay, Philippines but raised in San Jose, California
As with a lot of other fitness competitors and bodybuilders, she overcame a lifestyle that probably would have put her in the grave.
You have to admire her spirit and drive to get to where she is today.

She has competed in the 2008 USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, 2008 Junior California Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, 2007 North American Championships, 2007 USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, 2006 USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships and a host of others.
