Regale Restaurant just got launched and the launch was attended by bollywood babes Dia Mirza and Payal Rohtagi. Dia Mirza was looking extremely beautiful in a nice dress and Payal Rohtagi was looking gorgeous in a black dress. Dia's latest movie was Jai Veeru which didn't do so well at the box office.
